Eligibility for Refund
Refunds can be requested within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Refundable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, custom products, and downloadable software products cannot be refunded.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at [email protected]. Once your return is approved, you will receive a shipping label and instructions on how to send back your item.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
